This recipe was prescribed to me by my best friend, an Italian. It’s very simple, with only a few baking ingredients, and very versatile. I love it because there is no yeast, and it is very easy to make! You can add them with vegetables when there are about 5 minutes left for baking time, or you can just season them with herbs and Parmesan cheese – my personal favorite.

° flour: 1 kg
° instant yeast: 1 tablespoon
° Salt: a tablespoon
° Lukewarm Water: 2 cups (or as needed)
* How to prepare:
Sift the flour well until you get rid of any lumps in it.
Add the salt and yeast to the flour and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
Cast lukewarm water, stir with a spoon.
Let ingredients in refrigerator about an entiire night.

- Oven preheat to 220 degrees.
