°6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
°Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lay a baking tray with tin foil and place a baking rack on top of it.
Dried chicken skin with paper towel to removing any moisture.
Putting chicken in olive oil & season with spices, salt & pepper.
Place on rack and bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roast 2-3 minutes.
