Banana Brownies :
- ° 4 ripe bananas, mashed.
- ° 1 tsp pure Vanilla Extract.
- ° 2 large eggs.
- ° 1 cup of granulated sugar.
- ° 1 cup of sour cream.
- ° 4 tsps soft butter.
- ° 2 cups all-purpose flour.
- ° 1 tsp baking soda.
- ° 1 tsp salt.
- +For hazelnut butter icing:
- ° 2 tsps butter.
- ° 4 cups powdered sugar.
- ° 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
- ° 1/3 cup of milk
- INSTRUCTIONS :
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a jelly dish with cooking spray.
I beat the sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs with an electric mixer, add mashed bananas and pure vanilla extract.
Then I added flour, salt and baking soda and mix for more than 2 minutes.
I spread the dough evenly in the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
During this time I made the brown butter frosting, I heated the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until it boils.
Then I added powdered sugar, milk and vanilla, whipped together until smooth, and poured it over the hot bars.
