Best ever Mouthwatering Strawberry Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup ground almond (optional only)

2 large eggs

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup oil

3/4 cup or 180g Sourcream or yogurt

8g Vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract

zest of 1 lemon

For The Pudding:

600ml milk

1/2 cup sugar

8g vanilla sugar

2 packs strawberry pudding flavor

500g fresh strawberries (for the toppings)

For Glasur Toppings:

400ml water

1/4 cup sugar

2 packs red tortenguss, strawberry flavors
