Ingredients
- Meat of choice – steak, chicken, etc.
- Marinade:
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Dash of salt & pepper
- Hot sauce to taste
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Whisk all marinade ingredients together until well combined
Dip meat of choice in marinade and place in bowl or ziplock bag
SECOND STEP:
Pour remaining marinade over meat
THIRD STEP:
Cover and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight
FOURTH STEP:
Prepare meat as desired
