This recipe made by my mother.This may Sound strange, but it  really good & simple.When the Brussels sprouts are finished, they should turn golden brown with a little black on the outside.Leftovers can be heated or even eaten cold from the refrigerator.I don’t know how, but it tastes sweet and salty at the same time !
* ingredients :
° 1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed with yellow leaves removed
° 3 tablespoons olive oil
° 1 teaspoon kosher salt
° ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
Step 2  Put the chopped Brussels sprouts, olive oil, coarse salt and pepper into a large resealable plastic bag.Seal tight & shake to apply.Pour it on the baking tray and place it on the middle rail of the oven.
Step 3  Bake in a preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, shaking the pan every 5-7 minutes until it turns brown.Reduce heat as needed to avoid burns.Brussels sprouts should be dark brown, almost black. Adjust seasoning with kosher salt, if necessary. Feet it right away.
Enjoy it
