*ingredients:
° 8 oz. Pieces of dried beef in a jar
° 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
° 2 tbsp. All-purpose flour
° 1 C. Milk
° ½ C. heavy whipping cream
° Pepper to taste
° toast
*directions:
Melting butter in skillet or saucepan on medium heat on stove.
Add the flour to the butter and mix well for a minute or two until the taste of raw flour has softened.
