+For the cake
°1 box yellow cake mix
°1 small box instant lemon pudding
°1 1/2 cups 7 Up
°4 eggs
°3/4 cup vegetable oil
+For the icing
°2 cups powdered sugar
°1 tbsp. Lemon juice
°2 tbsp. Milk
*Methods
For the cake
Preheat oven 325F degrees.
Spraying 10-inch tube pan with nonstick cook spray.
In a medium bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into the tube pan.
Bake for about 45-55 minutes (until an inserted toothpick or fork comes out clean).
Let cool completely, then remove from the tube pan.
For the icing
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Add the milk slowly until you have reached the desired consistency.
Pour over the cake.
