°1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
°1 C. baking soda
°½ tsp. salt
°½ c Becel Original margarine
°½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
°¼ cup sugar
°1 C. vanilla extract
°½ cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
°¼ tsp. fleur de sel
Preheat oven to 375°F and place the rack in the middle.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside.
In bowl, mix Becel® Original margarine, brown sugar / sugar to smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir well.
Add the flour mixture, stir to obtain a homogeneous paste, then incorporate the chocolate chips.
Shape the dough into balls of about 1 tbsp. tablespoons and arrange them on an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm (2 in.).
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the desired level of tenderness.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle with fleur de sel. Leave to rest for a few minutes before tasting.
