MOLASSES COOKIES!

*INGREDIENTS:
*pot 1:
°1/2 cup tenderloin
°1/4 cup brown sugar
°1 cup dark honey
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 eggs
*pot 2:
°2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°1/4 tsp salt
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon of ginger
°Additional components:
°1/2 cup of milk
°3 tablespoons raisins
*Methods :
level 1:
 Set the oven to 350 degrees F.
The second step:
Melt the fat in a microwave-safe dish (about 30 seconds to 1 minute, it should still be hot).
Step 3:
In a bowl, mix the first ingredients with the molasses, brown sugar and fat with an electric mixer. The consistency be smooth. Add eggs and vanilla also mix again.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and ginger.
Step 5
Adding dry ingredients to creamy ingredients with milk. Begin by adding flour and finish with flour. Adding raisins (optional). The end result be soft dough.
Step 6
Leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, the dough will thicken a little, it’s time to prepare the cookies. Prepare 2 cookies by spreading parchment paper.
Step 7
Baking for 15 min. Let it cool and store it in a plastic bag to maintain its soft texture.
