* Ingredients :
° 3 pounds red potatoes, halved
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° 5 cloves minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon dried thyme
° 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
° 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
° 1/3 c grated-Parmesan-cheese
° Kosher salt & freshly black-pepper, to flavor
° 2 tsp un-salted butter
° 2 tsp chop parsley-leaves
* Methods
Heat oven to 400 degres F .
Take out your baking sheet and cover it with non-stick spray or grease the bottom with a flat layer
In  bowl, add potatoes cutting in half
Next, you’ll add olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil, and Parmesan to the bowl
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste
Mix all ingredients and cover totally
Placing friied potatoes in an even laayer on prepared baking-sheet
Start by placing the potato peel side up until the potatoes are slightly crunchy
Putting baking tray in oven also baking about 25-30 min
Flip it halfway to make sure half of the potatoes turn brown
Melt the butter either on the stove or in the microwave for about 1 minute
