Ingredients :

  • 1 ½ lb frozen fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 200g/8oz sirloin steak or steak of your choice
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 100g/1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 100g/1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced

    Direction :

Bake fries in the oven or in the pan, depending on the packaging method.
Cut the steak from visible fat and cut into blades, season with salt and pepper and fry in 1 unit of well-tanned olive oil. Don’t boil the steak, otherwise, it will be hard! Take the plate and step aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil, fried onions, and chopped green pepper over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Take to another plate and step aside.
If the french fries are cooked in golden yellow, spread them over a large cast-iron pan or iron pan, make them with half the cheese mixture, then with steaks, green peppers, and onions, and add the rest of the cheese. Fry for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese melts. Make sure you don’t burn. Sprinkle and serve with scallion pieces.
