2 ounces tequila
1 ounce triple sec liqueur
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup
Fill a small dish with a layer of salt. Run a lime wedge along the rim of your margarita glass. Dip the rim of the glass in the plate of salt, until the salt coats the rim.
Combine tequila, triple sec, simple syrup, pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 5 seconds and pour into your prepared glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a lime wedge.
