I am not a fan of fast food. Although the burger tastes good for a few minutes, I still feel hungry after an hour. This is why I love to cook fast food at home because I have been able to make recipes healthy without compromising the taste. For the most skeptical, I invite you to call Alex who, before meeting me, ate at fast food restaurants 2 to 3 times a day. He hasn’t set foot there for several months (by choice) and prefers salmon burgers, crab cakes and homemade fries. Well, I’m proud!
° 1 pound ground beef
° 1 chop onion
° 1/2 c ketchup
° 3 tsp mustard
° 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
° 6 hamburger buns
° 1 cooking butter knob
In a saucepan with a lid, lightly fry the onions in butter. Remove from skillet and set aside.
The second step
In the same butter, brown the minced meat.
Add the preserved onions, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put this mixture on the hamburger bun.
