Ingredients :
- Two cups of barbecue sauce is about half a liter
- Two tablespoons of brown sugar
- Three tablespoons of minced garlic
- Two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- A tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- Two kilograms of baby pork ribs
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- First, we spray a six-liter cooking pan with cooking spray
- Then we remove the inner skin from the ribs, then put the ribs in the pot and leave it aside
- In a bowl, we mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper, and we mix these elements well until we get a consistent mixture
- We take half the amount of the sauce, put it in a rib pan, season it with salt and pepper, cover it on a slow fire, and cook it for eight hours
- When the ribs are done, transfer them to an oven tray that has been covered with parchment paper
- We put half of the remaining juices from the ribs in the pot on the tray and then put them into the oven that was preheated over a medium temperature
- Leave it for ten minutes until it is browned and the sides are soft, then serve it with half of the remaining sauce
