* Ingredients :
° 750 gm ground beef
° 1 medium head of cabbage, boiled and chopped
° 1 can of chopped tomatoes
° 1 cup cauliflower crumbled in a food processor
° Cup chopped parsley
° ¼ cup olive oil
° 3 chopped green onions
° Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
° 1 teaspoon onion powder
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 tablespoon dried and ground oregano
° small hanging chili pepper
° 1 teaspoon salt
° Small spoon black pepper
* Ways :
Preheated oven 375 degrees.
Mixing chopped tomatoes/ apple cider vinegar/ mashed chili /onion powder / garlic flower / oregano/ salt also pepper with food processor until blending becomes smoothy .
Heat the oil in a large saucepan or frying pan over medium heat, add the tomato mixture and leave it to a boil, then reduce the heat, covering pan or saucepan also leaving it for 21 min until it thick & sauce becomes thicken .
Mixing half amount tomato sauce with miinced meat, crumbled cauliflower, green onions also parsley.
Spreading mixture cabbage leaves & rolling them to rolls.
Spreading an amount tomato sauce in an oven plate also putting stuffed cabbage rolls on it, and spread the reste sauce over the cabbage.
Putting plate in oven for 46 to 56 min, until meat is softened, also serving hot with a nip parsley to savor .
